Coconut Candy Egg
Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 pounds powdered sugar
7 oz. shredded coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix butter and cream cheese together, make sure they are at room temperature. Then mix in powdered sugar, coconut, and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Form into the shape of an egg and freeze for 1 hour. Dip into melted dipping chocolate. Drizzle with colored melted white chocolate if desired.
Maple Nut Candy Egg
Ingredients

2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp maple extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Mix butter and cream cheese together, make sure they are at room temperature. Then mix in powdered sugar, maple syrup, maple extract, and nuts. Mix until well combined. Form into the shape of an egg and freeze for 1 hour. Dip into melted dipping chocolate. Drizzle with colored melted white chocolate if desired.
Cherry Nut Candy Egg
Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
7 oz. jar of Maraschino cherries (drained)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pound plus 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Mix butter and cream cheese together, make sure they are at room temperature. Drain and chop cherries. Mix in powdered sugar, chopped cherries, chopped nuts, and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Form into the shape of an egg and freeze for 1 hour. Dip into melted dipping chocolate. Drizzle with colored melted white chocolate if desired.
