Caramel Pecan Dip
Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese
4 tbsp dulce de leche
1 cup marshmallow cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 to 3 tbsp milk
salt
Instructions
In a large bowl blend together cream cheese and sugar. Add marshmallow cream and 2 tbsp dulce de leche and blend until smooth. Put mixture in a serving dish and top with chopped pecans. In a separate bowl combine 2 tbsp of dulce de leche and 2 to 3 tbsp of milk. Heat mixture in microwave for 45 seconds then stir until smooth. Drizzle mixture over pecans. Sprinkle a little salt over top of dip.
