Chicken Shawarma is a Middle Eastern chicken dish that is bursting with flavor and will have you drooling. It is usually cooked on a rotating spit but I achieved the irresistible charred effect by grilling the chicken instead. It is so easy to make and offers a healthy and satisfying meal. This chicken is marinated in several spices which gives it a exotic flavor. Wrap it in a delicious naan or place it on a salad, either way you won't be disappointed.
