Frozen Smore Bars

Frozen S'more Bars are the perfect way to enjoy the flavor of s'mores while cooling off on a hot summer day! These frozen s'mores are a delightful treat because you get all the chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker in a cold refreshing dessert. They are easy to make and keep in the freezer so you can have them on hand when you need a cold treat.

Frozen S'more Bars

Ingredients

1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream

1 cup marshmallow fluff

14 to 16 graham crackers

1 box of chocolate pudding mix

2 cups milk

Instructions

Set ice cream out at room temperature for around an hour to thaw. Make pudding according to directions on box. Cut parchment paper to line the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish making sure the paper comes up the sides and then line with graham crackers. Spread pudding evenly over graham crackers and then place in freezer for 20 minutes. Pour partially thawed ice cream into a large mixing bowl and combine marshmallow fluff mixing with a hand mixer. Evenly spread ice cream mixture over pudding and top with remaining graham crackers. Allow to freeze for at least 4 hours until frozen solid. Using the sides of the parchment paper lift the frozen s'mores out of the dish. Cut into bars. You can individually wrap bars with plastic wrap for a quick grab and go dessert.
