Ok, so this Fruity Pebbles Breakfast Bread is so delicious it will completely shock you! Who knew putting cereal into a batter to make bread could be this good. The bread is soft and moist, has a wonderful fruity flavor, and so beautiful with all the colors of the fruity pebbles. This is a fun recipe that kids will enjoy making and eating.
Fruity Pebbles Breakfast Bread
Ingredients
2 cups and a handful of Fruity Pebbles
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Instructions
In a large bowl combine sugar and oil and blend with electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Then add vanilla and yogurt. Next add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle a handful of Fruity Pebbles over top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
