Looking for an easy dip that will be a huge hit with everyone! This Mexican Corn Dip is an easy crowd pleasing dip that you won't be able to stop eating.
Mexican Corn Dip
Ingredients
2 cans of southwestern corn or Mexicorn
1 (4 oz.) can of green chilies
1 (4 oz.) can of diced jalopenos
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Drain the water from the canned corn and add to a large mixing bowl. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine. Refrigerate to chill. Serve with Frito chips or tortilla chips.
